Terms of Service

Untanglr is a Salesforce managed package that scans your Flow metadata, scores complexity and performance risk, and generates recommendations and reports. It's licensed either through an activation key (a one-time purchase, consumable from your portal) or through a Business subscription (an annual, auto-renewing plan billed through Stripe).

Separately, FlowDebt is a professional service where we run Untanglr against your org on your behalf and deliver a report and action plan. FlowDebt engagements (Snapshot, Audit, Fix Sprint) are quoted and invoiced individually and are not covered by the subscription terms below beyond the discount referenced in section 4.

You need an account on getuntanglr.com to purchase a license, generate activation keys, or manage a Business subscription. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.

• One key, one org. Each activation key binds to a single Salesforce production org (identified by its My Domain) and covers that org's sandboxes. It is not transferable to a different production org once activated.
• Business subscription. A Business subscription auto-provisions and maintains a license for a single org for as long as the subscription stays active. It renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Consultant & partner use. Activation keys purchased by a consultant or partner may be activated in a client's org on the client's behalf. The consultant remains responsible for how the key is used and for complying with these terms.
• No circumvention. You may not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse-engineer or otherwise circumvent the license validation system, or use a license key outside the org it was issued for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in CAD, USD or EUR for convenience, but the product is billed in CAD; the amount charged to your card may vary slightly with exchange rates depending on your card issuer. FlowDebt audit services are quoted and invoiced separately and are not processed through the same checkout as license purchases.

Active Business subscribers get 20% off every FlowDebt engagement, and every FlowDebt engagement includes 50% off the first year of a Business subscription, as described on the relevant pricing pages at the time of purchase.

Business subscription: your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel at no charge at any time during the trial. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; your license stays active until the end of the paid period.

Activation key packs: unused key credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase; email support@getuntanglr.com. Once a key has been generated from a credit, that credit is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Untanglr produces analysis and recommendations based on Flow metadata. It's a decision-support tool, not an automated fix: it does not make changes to your org, and it doesn't guarantee any specific outcome (performance improvement, reduced technical debt, or otherwise). You, or your admin, remain responsible for reviewing and deciding on any change made to your Salesforce org based on Untanglr's output. The same applies to FlowDebt: we deliver analysis and a plan, and any implementation work is scoped and delivered as its own engagement.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every risk in your org's automation.

To the extent permitted by law, Untanglr's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the product or FlowDebt services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We can suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, including circumvention of the license system or non-payment. You can cancel a Business subscription at any time from your portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonable, notify active account holders by email.
